Our story

Gemini Recruitment was founded in March 2024, when Lisa French set out to create a faster, more transparent way to support busy startup clients.   Since 2022, Lisa has recruited for startup brands through globally recognized agencies in Los Angeles and New York City. Her work spans industries, with a particular focus on go-to-market functions and revenue operations. She has built operations, marketing, and sales teams for Rare Beauty, Liquid Death, Whatnot, Next Trucking, Superb AI, Pangea, Postindustria, Kokowa, Assignar, Algolia, Splitero, Earnest, and many others.   The goal has always been simple: find exceptional candidates as quickly as possible. But Lisa kept seeing the same avoidable obstacles slow the process down—long sales calls, scheduling conflicts, scattered communication, and delays in collecting feedback or determining next steps.
